Let discuss use case where basically you have a salesforce instance which doesn't hold

inaccurate data of the call center so the use case is you want to update

the old and inaccurate contact information for your customers so basically you have a call center and the

call center agents will talk to the customers to update their information so basically you want to show them scripts to guide them through the conversation Salesforce flow is a great solution for this so how do we go about it so we go to setup and then we go to flows and then from there we from there we click the new new flow and then we start building the screen flow in the auto layout mode

so the first step would be to add an element which is the screen element and ,we will go to the screen and it needs a label as well ,so we will add a label and we will type it as like update we'll see like update in the first in the full screen updating for screen the api will get the screen elements

Now it needs the screen elements in salesforce needs to have a header and a footer and headers and footers are very important because they have the buttons to go back and forth so

basically want to customize this , so we will go to display text component up on top we'll bring it up on top and then we will write up an api name let's call this into a text one and then say and update the contact information here , we will write it as update contact information , mind you this is a rich text area

we will use bold in this area so and we can also display message that the user needs to read and convey

I'll write it up something here , like that i would like to update your contact information so i'll and this will take like two minutes and then i'll actually add the input field,okay next island i have one for the title that let's add another one for foreign for inputs like phone ,you can use either a standard text or input component or a phone component

and let's see this is for the mobile phone change the api name and the label ,name as well and let's add an email ,now let's add an email here and let's add the api name as email and so these components are basically called lightning components and they work little bit differently and they have more parameters if you see you can use the standard text input
